Interlock is a new material in our online store. It is the fabric of choice for clothes, because it has a pleasant and soft texture. Interlock is therefore a popular clothing material from which you can sew many interesting outfits. Discover its most important features!

Interlock features

In our store you will find high quality fabrics like interlock, which is a cotton two-bearing knitwear. What does it mean? Its weave is the same on both sides of the material. Thanks to this, it is meaty and slightly elastic, but not translucent. The interlock weave is made of 100% cotton yarn, which makes the fabric smooth and fits well on the body. The interlock fabric we offer has a weight of approx. 180 g/m2, which makes it optimally thin and at the same time sufficiently warm.

How to wash interlock knitwear?

The most important thing in using interlock is how to care for it. Particular attention should be paid to how two-bearing knitwear is washed. A suitable washing temperature is 40 degrees Celsius. Iron at a maximum of 200 degrees. Do not dry clean and tumble dry. It is best to dry vertically.

Interlock knit fabric - clothing material

Two-bearing knitwear interlock is a clothing material that you can use to sew original clothes. Interlock will be perfect for t-shirts, skirts or pajamas. It is soft, flexible and breathable. In addition, it can also be used safely by children, because it received the Oeko-Tex Certificate. With interlock you can sew very comfortable to wear blouses, t-shirts, skirts, as well as scarves, hats and bandanas for children.

Cotton interlock with Oeko-Tex certificate

In our store we sell only high quality fabrics confirmed by appropriate certificates. Interlock knitwear has received the Oeko-Tex Certificate, which is awarded at the Textile Research Institute in Łódź. To receive this certificate, the material must meet specific criteria confirming the safety of the material in contact with skin. Our cotton interlock, as well as other fabrics available in the warehouse, meet all these requirements. Thanks to the Certificate, the material is safe for children and allergy sufferers, as it is not allergic.
