Pre-Shrinking Linen Before Sewing

How to Wash Linen Clothing

With proper care, linen products can last for many years. Simply follow a few basic rules:

• Use mild detergents suitable for linen and avoid products that create excessive foam.
• Wash linen at temperatures up to 40°C. It is best to wash linen separately from other fabrics.
• Do not twist or wring linen garments excessively when washing by hand.
• Air-dry linen naturally and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may cause colors to fade.
• Iron while the fabric is still slightly damp, using the linen setting.
